Numbers, processes, decisions
I started in a Vicenza practice, where I qualified as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor in 2009. Then I moved to the other side of the table: management control for an international group, head of finance and later CFO at Fiera di Vicenza, senior manager at a Milan tax boutique, and today CFO and chairman of the board of an innovative SME that grew from €7M to €35M in five years.
That double perspective is the tool I work with: the CFO's detail — cost accounting, cash flow, business plans, control systems on Qlik and Power BI — together with the adviser's view on transactions, valuations and corporate tax. I currently hold statutory audit engagements and seats on boards of statutory auditors.

Corporate advisory and M&A
Acquisitions and disposals, contributions in kind, mergers and demergers, holding structures and group reorganisations, shareholder agreements and succession — from structure to signing.
Fractional CFO
Part-time finance leadership for start-ups and scale-ups: building the processes, ERP and reporting, budgets and industrial plans, relations with banks and investors. Setting up foreign branches and implementing transfer pricing policies.
Management control
Implementing the system, not just advising on it: cost accounting by cost centre, KPIs, reporting that joins accounting, logistics and production data on Qlik and Power BI. I use automation and AI tools for document data extraction, reconciliations and forecasting — less manual work, faster closes.
Financial due diligence
Buy-side and sell-side financial and accounting analysis: quality of earnings, net financial position, working capital, risks and price adjustments.
Business valuation
Valuations of companies, business units and shareholdings for transactions, incoming partners and disputes — documented methods, conclusions that hold up against third parties.
Statutory audit and audit board
Audit engagements on annual and consolidated accounts, and seats on control bodies: oversight of management, organisational structure and adequate corporate arrangements.
